Continue working through the steps

Step 3 is the Facility and Equipment Checklist

You can download these online below, complete and return to AIET.

STEP THREE

Complete the Facilities and Equipment Checklist(s)

Equipment and facilities are very important.

Does the school have the required facilities and equipment to assess the units chosen?

Where the resources do not meet all the assessment conditions listed in the checklist, please advise what your school will do to support the students (i.e. request to alter elective units in  training, arrange for students to be trained and assessed at another facility for all or part of training)

Download the facilities and equipment checklist(s) below, complete and return to AIET via email partner@aiet.edu.au

STEP FOUR

Complete the Auspicing Agreement Contract

The Agreement specifies the arrangements for the delivery of Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs in the (school) under the partnership of Australian Institute of Education and Training (AIET) as the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) TOID No: 121314, in compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

Once you have submitted the Teacher Profile, Training and Assessment Strategy and Facilities & Equipment Checklist, our quality team review and approve the school for delivery.

A contract/agreement will be generated by our team and sent to the VET Coordinator via DocuSign.  This will then go to your Principal for signing.

STEP FIVE

Marketing a course

As an RTO, AIET is obligated under the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 to ensure that current and prospective  students are provided with clear, accurate and readily accessible information to enable them to  make informed choices about the training that will best meet their needs. This is AIET’s responsibility regardless of:

  • the medium used to advertise training
  • how students are recruited; and
  • who is actually providing the information (including Partner Schools)

STEP SEVEN

AIET HUB Training

Using the AIET HUB

AIET has a streamlined student management system, making it easier for Teachers, VET Coordinators and Students to access materials, complete assessments and manage programs.  This system is known as the AIET HUB.  One single log in that is WEB BASED.

Teacher Access

Teachers have access to the AIET Management pages that provide access to classes, student enrolments, unit results, assessments, resources and their own currency/PD portfolio.  They also have the option to use the “Trainer App” on a phone or tablet for assessing anywhere anytime. Mark the entire class by assessment item with one click, add photos and videos to the students record and finalise assessments both online and offline.

Learner Portal

Students are provided with access to the course assessments and resources through the AIET HUB. This is the environment where all course materials and assessments are completed and stored. Students will have access to their resources through a link to ReadCloud with the availability to also download the ReadCloud App directly to any device.

ReadCloud

ReadCloud facilitates collaboration, social eLearning, new media literacy and adaptive learning. Through ReadCloud’s advanced tracking and reporting functionalities, AIET can better monitor your progress and as such determine areas of success and areas where you require assistance.  Teachers and students are organised into virtual classrooms (known as ‘clouds’ in ReadCloud) and the appropriate content is provisioned into these clouds.

School Partnership Consultant

AIET assigns each school their own School Partnership Coordinator. This is your go to person for all questions, concerns, support and advice. The assigned staff member will be in contact with you once the school has been approved to arrange an onboarding session.

Thanks

Thanks for choosing AIET to partner with for your VET programs.
